Vegan Pina Colada Nicecream Drink

Whatever the reason for the odd weather, I'll take it. After a long day of eBay-ing and listing a shit load of Beanie Babies for a client (which are going to be tough to sell). I was ready for cocktail hour.
Dinner?
Meh. How about a Pina Colada? Done.
My friends invited me to a pop up tiki bar in Bay View last night after a very disappointing Taco Tuesday at Hinterland, then only wanting one drink. Who goes to a tiki bar and has ONE drink?
Ah! Little teasers.
I was hopped up on rum and had to go home. Serious boo-pants. I forget how other people have day jobs sometimes. Sigh...
So, this is a little different than a typical Pina Colada.
Serves: Two Dinner Skipping Lushes
Ingredients:
3 Scoops of Nice Cream
(bananas frozen, blended with a little almond milk and refrozen)
1/4 Cup Coconut Cream (in a can NOT coconut milk)
2 Shots of White Rum
1 Cup High Quality Pineapple Juice
4 Ice cubes
Other:
Blender
Maraschino Cherries
Sexy little umbrella
Blend all ingredients. String a little cute cherry on that umbrella and throw her in.
Dinner is served.
